A controlled pressure test of a gas installation to confirm there are no leaks. It’s a core safety check for commercial premises, carried out by our Gas Safe registered engineers to current industry standards.
When are purging and commissioning required?
Whenever a commercial gas installation is new, altered or being brought back into service. Purging safely clears the pipework and commissioning confirms the installation operates correctly before use.

How often do commercial gas safety records need renewing?
